Medical Office Assistant Instructor
Eureka College of Canada is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Office Assistant Instructor to join our team. As an instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aspiring Medical Office Assistants by providing them with comprehensive training and education.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative lectures, presentations, and hands-on training sessions related to medical office administration.
- Create lesson plans, course materials, and assessments that align with curriculum objectives and industry standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and student success.
- Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and support to students to help them achieve their academic and professional goals.
- Stay current with developments in the field of medical office administration and incorporate relevant updates into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with other instructors, staff, and administrators to enhance the quality of the program and ensure its effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress, and submit reports as required.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and other college related events as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Office
- Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a medical office setting.
- Previous experience teaching or training individuals in medical office administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
